They are Millennium Thermaflect Windows and are warrantied. See attached documents. Also, the roof was replaced in the last few years. We are working on getting specifics now. Two storage buildings in back yard help keep fishing rods, yard equipment and beach stuff tucked away. The flooring in both bedrooms has been removed. The light fixtures were removed in areas with intent to be put back, but not all were installed.
